Where a 3 x 5 works
- Room & Board groups 3 x 5 and smaller rugs with its entryway, bath and kitchen rugs.
Will it fit my room?
Room & Board suggests leaving about 18 inches of floor exposed around a rug. For a 3 x 5, that means a room at least 72 x 96 inches. In a smaller room, choose the next size down or use a front-legs-on layout. Before buying, mark the rug's outline on the floor with painter's tape and live with it for a day.
